(the “its 5:00pm somewhere glass of wine” does not count)
___Takes care of personal appearance.
___Keeps brain sharp with a variety of mental activities ie: sudoku, crossword puzzles,tetris etc.
___Is the voice of reason when it comes to safety concerns.

MUSIC, ART and CULTURE:
